Palmetto Cheese Pull Bread

Double Bacon Palmetto Cheese Pull Bread Ingredients:
12 ounces Palmetto Cheese - (Bacon, Original or Jalapeno can be used. We used PC with Bacon)
1 round loaf Sourdough Bread
4 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
1 Tablespoon Ranch Dressing Mix (1/2 of a 1oz. pkg)
1/4 cup Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 375 F.

With a serrated knife, make 5 slices horizontally and vertically 3/4 of the way into your loaf so you have a checkered pattern.

IMPORTANT: Do not cut all of the way through the loaf.

Evenly distribute Palmetto Cheese throughout the slices that you have created until the tub is gone. Top with chopped bacon and place on a cookie sheet.
In a small bowl combine olive oil and ranch dressing powder. Whisk together until blended. Pour evenly over top of the bread.

Bake for 15 minutes and serve.
